World Aids Day, December 1, 2010

The World Health Organization established World AIDS Day in 1988, as December 1st. World AIDS Campaign is the leading international organization which plans and implements the observance. Check out HIV/AIDS Awareness Days

Meet our Founder Parthenia

Parthenia Warford is the Founder The Warford Foundation helping others that are less fortunate is something that she loves to do, so this foundation will assist military widows and single mothers have the opportunity to obtain a degree in nursing. Her heart is with single mothers because she was one raising her two daughters while serving in the US Army from 1981 to 2002.

She holds two Master of Art Degrees (Acquisitions and Procurement and Organizational Security Management, along with a Graduate Certificate in Government Contracting) from Webster University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Non-Profit Management at the University of Maryland University College.
